RELEASED: November 11, 2014
TIMELINE: February 7 - 8, 2556

In the year 2556, a shadowy faction belonging to the remnants of the Covenant seized control of a sinister biological weapon designed exclusively to target humanity. This deadly pathogen was mercilessly unleashed upon the peaceful outer colony world known as Sedra, plunging its unsuspecting population into a dire crisis. In response to this grave threat, the formidable operatives of ONI, under the capable leadership of the resolute Jameson Locke, were swiftly dispatched on a mission of utmost urgency.

Their objective was clear: track down and eliminate the insidious source of this virulent bioweapon, a source that would unveil itself as a fragment of the renowned Installation 04, remnants left behind from the tumultuous Battle of Installation 04, aptly referred to as the Alpha Shard. As the ONI squad descended upon the enigmatic Alpha Shard, their perilous journey took an unexpected turn. They encountered a formidable infestation of formidable lekgolo worms, an ancient and formidable adversary.

With unwavering resolve, the brave ONI operatives found themselves locked in a grueling battle against these relentless lekgolo worms, their ultimate goal being the annihilation of the bioweapon's insidious source. The mission, although fraught with peril, ultimately achieved its intended success. However, it came at a grievous cost, with the majority of those involved making the ultimate sacrifice in the name of safeguarding humanity from the looming threat.
