SUMMARY
Operation: COALPEPPER was an ONI and Spartan operation to rescue Sadie Endesha and the Huragok Quick to Adjust to whom she was assigned from the United Rebel Front on the moon of Talitsa in the Sverdlovsk system in August 2555. The operation was undertaken by newly commissioned Spartan-IV fireteam Alpha-Nine, and later became known as the Talitsa incident as it was notable for the betrayal of Alpha-Nine member Michael "Mickey" Crespo. Despite the betrayal, Spartans Edward Buck and Kojo "Romeo" Agu were able to safely recover both Sadie and Quick to Adjust, as well as neutralize the URF forces and take Mickey into custody.
