SUMMARY
The Battle of Miridem was an engagement between human and Covenant forces on and around the colony of Miridem. While the battle lasted over two weeks, the colony was eventually lost, and the planet was glassed.
Dr. Halsey was captured during the battle on Miridem, leading directly into the events of Operation: WARM BLANKET.
